Ugly Sweater Golf Tournament Fundraiser
Alyssa Trujillo was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure at the age of 21 and needs a heart transplant.
Currently, Alyssa is at home on Oxygen and a defibrillator due to her high risk of cardiac arrest. She requires 24/7 supervision while awaiting a heart transplant.
Taneasha, her mother, is a self-employed hard-working mother of four children. Unable to work, the day-to-day bills started piling up, and the hospital bills began stacking up on top of the already difficult situation.
If you would like to help the Trujillo family during this time of hardship, we are hosting an Ugly Sweater Golf Tournament on Saturday, December 11th, from 9 am to 9 pm. All the proceeds from the event will be donated to the Trujillo Family.

About the Fundraiser
Your Community Foundation would like for you to participate in our Ugly Sweater Golf Tournament. Proceeds will be used to assist the family of Alyssa Trujillo during this time of need.
We will be playing indoors, on a golf simulator.
All Tee Times are scheduled for groups of two. There are 4 bays available per scheduled slot. Come early and participate in small games, enjoy food and beverage, and mingle!
Course: Pebble Beach Front 9
Date: 11 December, 2021. 9AM-9PM
Venue: Birdie Golf 2325 B Ave, Ogden UT. (Above Roosters)
Cost- $75 per person, Teams of 2. Best Ball.
-Anticipate 2 hrs to play all 9 holes.
- You will need your own clubs.
- Bring some cash for games and raffle!
We are looking for sponsors along with participants.
We will have food and drink throughout the day;
Mornings: Bagels & Coffee (Dutch bros.)
Afternoon & Evening: Catering offered by Roosters.
1st, 2nd & 3rd place prizes offered for teams, winners will be announced Dec. 14th, 2021.
Best Ugly Sweater will win cash prize.
There will be non-alcoholic beverages provided, Birdies does allow drinking in moderation, BYOB.
